Niche perfume means artistic, artisan, indie perfumery. These fragrances tell a story, an artisanal work of art as well as an experience. They are an alternative to mainstream fragrances and are characterised for using rare, higher quality ingredients and a higher concentration of fragrance oil. The Perfumer plays an important role and the final distribution is very selective and limited.

Once you subscribe online, you will receive three premium and highly crafted scents in an edition box every two months. Those scents have been developed by world-class renowned Perfumers and are first-time produced fragrances. The edition box contains 3x10ml of fragrance and fits through a letterbox, so you do not have to worry about delivery whether you are at home or not.

Your first edition should arrive with you within ten working days of starting your membership, with another edition every two months.

No, however, we have partnered with world-class renowned Perfumers who have developed an exclusive library of niche fragrances with highly crafted ingredients. We will surprise you every two months with three premium and unique scents, directly to your door.

Yes. We will have chapters from each edition available to purchase for a limited time on-site in a 100ml bottle size. With one edition every two months with three scents in it, you will have the opportunity to buy up to three different 100ml perfume bottles every other month. Keep an eye on our shop for available chapters.

No, you don’t have to be a subscriber to buy one of our 100ml perfumes. Anyone can do so, you just need to create an account on our website then when stocks are available, you can buy any of the 100ml perfume bottles.

Shipping & Returns

We endeavour to process all orders as soon as possible. Once an order passes all security checks, then your order will be dispatched within five working days of being placed. An email will be sent to the email address you entered at the checkout to confirm dispatch. From dispatch, orders typically take around 5 working days to arrive, but please allow for up to 15 working days (10 working days for next day delivered items) for delivery.

If you believe an item is missing or lost in the post, we cannot resend it or offer a refund until 15 working days (10 working days for next day delivered items) after the date of dispatch. If you have an item which you believe is lost and today's date is more than 15 working days after dispatch, please email customerservice@yuparfums.com stating your order number, email address and full name. Your query will be investigated with the courier and you will need to fill out a form. We will offer re-delivery or a refund after the courier investigation is complete.

Please contact our Customer Services team within 24 hours of receipt of your parcel. Please do not throw the packaging away as you may be asked to return it or take photographs of the damaged parcel/contents.

For the moment we only ship within the UK. However, in the future we will open to more markets, therefore we will be shipping to more countries going forward. This will be communicated in due time, so please bear with us.

Membership

Yú Parfums offers a bi-monthly, 6 month and 12 month membership. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please contact our Customer Services team by emailing customerservice@yuparfums.com stating your order number, email address and full name.

Simply log into your account at yuparfums.com/account/login, then navigate to the account section. If you have forgotten your password, simply go to yuparfums.com/account/login to re-set it.
